These Terms of Service (which we’ll refer to as the “Terms”) outline the rules that govern our relationship with you. Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the user”, “user”) and TheRedLight (referred to as “TheRedLight”, “the site”, “us”, “our”, “ours”).
TheRedLight is developed and delivered through collaborations with trusted partners to ensure the best experience. To enjoy all features of TheRedLight, you’ll need to create an account with a username, display name, and password, and complete the verification process. The information you provide is protected under our Privacy Policy.
As a user, you can engage in a range of activities such as creating an account and profile, uploading content, purchasing credits, and unlocking memberships. By using TheRedLight, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Advertising Policy, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Policy.

3. Who Can Use the Service?
No one under the age of eighteen (18) is allowed to create an account or use the Platform. In locations where the legal age of majority is higher, you must be over twenty-one (21) to access the Platform.
By using TheRedLight, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are using the platform of your own free will.
- You will adhere to these Terms and comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws.
4. User Conduct
You, as a user, are solely responsible for ensuring that the content and communications you share on the platform comply with our policies. We do not control user-generated content and, therefore, cannot guarantee its accuracy or quality. You understand that by using the platform, you may encounter content that could be offensive or objectionable.
To report violations of these Terms, please email support@theredlight.xyz or use the reporting feature with supporting evidence.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review disputes between users. If you violate the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and take any necessary action to address the issue.
5. Safety
We strive to maintain a safe platform for all users. By using our services, you agree that:
- You will not use the Platform for illegal purposes or anything prohibited by these Terms or our Code of Conduct.
- You will not advertise services to minors.
- You will not create multiple accounts unless permitted under our Advertising Policy.
- You will not upload malicious code or compromise the security of the platform.
- You will not use the platform to harass or solicit personal information from other users.
You also agree to not post content that violates these terms, promotes illegal or exploitative activity, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Service Availability
Access to the platform may be disrupted occasionally due to equipment malfunctions, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for storing user content, and you are advised to keep backups of your data.
7. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can stop using the platform or request the deletion of your account. Inactive accounts may be closed after a period of no activity.
8. Billing, Payments, and Credits
You can purchase TheRedLight credits to activate paid memberships. A single credit is equivalent to 1 Naira, and all sales are final. Credits issued by TheRedLight that are not used will expire after 12 months.
9. Membership Services
Our platform offers paid memberships at different levels. Be sure to review the features associated with each membership before purchasing. We are not obligated to reimburse credits due to outages, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.
10. Account Security
We offer several security features to protect your account, including multi-factor authentication. However, we are not obligated to reimburse credits for losses due to security breaches if multi-factor authentication was not enabled.
11. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. In cases where refunds are offered, they will only be processed through the original payment method, if supported.
12. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated through a bank or card issuer may result in account suspension while the issue is reviewed. Users with multiple chargebacks may have their accounts permanently terminated.
13. Copyright Complaint
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your content has been infringed, please send a detailed notice to legal@theredlight.xyz. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the infringing content.

15. Links to Third-Party Services
The platform may contain links to third-party services. TheRedLight is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites and will not be held liable for damages caused by third-party services.
16. Acceptance of Terms
To agree to these Terms, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and over the age of 18. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue using the platform.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Melbourne, Australia.
18. Modifications of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be notified to users via email or the platform at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the updated Terms.
For non-material modifications, your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
